SMART Board™ Interactive Whiteboards
SMART Board™ interactive whiteboards engage pupils' different learning styles, whether visual, auditory or kinesthetic. Similarly pupils with special educational needs can simply touch the surface to manipulate objects without the fine motor skills required to operate a mouse or digital pen.
SMART Board™ 600i series with integrated projector
SMART's new SB600i series interactive whiteboard systems combine a wall mounted Unifi™ projector with a SMART Board interactive whiteboard, and deliver a brighter projected image with enhanced colour quality. The projector is securely wall mounted above the SMART Board reducing shadows, whilst the integral connection panel allows for local connection of sources including - computer, VCR, DVD, document camera, or other peripherals. Projector control is fully integrated with an on-screen interface available for full control of the projector. Available in two sizes
SMART Sympodium™ Interactive Pen Displays
SMART Sympodium™ Interactive Pen Displays are ideal for large classrooms, lecture theatres or auditoria which require the functionality of SMART Board™ interactive white boards in larger screen formats. SMART Board™ functionality is effectively embedded into a 15" or 17" LCD display with the point of contact and control by means of a battery-free tethered pen tool (or touch control with the DT-770 model). The Sympodium™ interactive pen display simply connects to the monitor output from your computer and provides another video output for connection to your multi-media projector which projects the image on to the large screen. There are three models to choose from depending on your application and budget.
Airline™ wireless slate
Teach from the front of the room, the back of the class or by a student's side - without losing the learning benefits of interacting with digital lessons.
With the AirLiner™ slate, you and your students can interact wirelessly with your SMART Board™ interactive whiteboard from up to 54 feet (16 m) away. Use the battery-free tethered pen to switch between pen and mouse modes to control any software you carry with you as you teach. Write out a math problem using the wireless slate, and then hand it to a student to fill in the answer.
Use multiple slates for group seat work such as question and answer sessions. The slate supports simultaneous interaction, so multiple students using slates and the SMART Board interactive whiteboard can write notes at the same time.
Senteo™ interactive response system
SMART's Senteo interactive response system provides a direct connection between you and your students. The system includes a remote for each student in your class and a central receiver that allows you to quiz and survey students, and receive instant feedback. With Senteo, you no longer have to wonder if students understand what you've taught them. They can tell you with the click of a button. Senteo incorporates reliable radio frequency technology (RF) so you don't need a line of sight to deliver questions or send answers, and the remote has a range of up to 100 ft. (30 m).
Senteo is an assessment tool designed to enhance learning. It facilitates summative and formative assessment by allowing you to pose a question before, during or after a lesson to find out if students are on track. You can use the feedback to help shape the rest of your lesson. The system's range of answer formats - from true or false to more-than-one right answer - makes it easy for teachers to ask questions that assess multiple levels of learning.
Once you've finished a lesson, you can create a quiz with Senteo to evaluate learning more formally. You can feel secure in summative assessments because students can verify and change their self-paced responses directly on the remote. Senteo comes with Notebook collaborative learning software and offers 6,000 learning objects that can be easily added to quizzes to add creativity to questions. You can write and edit notes in digital ink, import or export PowerPoint presentations, and incorporate multimedia content.
SMART Document Camera
The SMART Document Camera can help you add spontaneity and interactivity to your classroom, keeping students interested in learning. Use it during a lesson to show real-time images to your entire class on a SMART Board™ interactive whiteboard. You can also capture images or video and instantly transform them into digital content for your lessons.
With a 5.2x optical and 8.0x digital zoom, the document camera delivers sharp, vivid images every time. Quickly direct learning by zooming in on the smallest detail or automatically focus images and adjust the brightness for varying light levels. And, the camera’s LED lamp provides enough light for you to show images in a darkened room. You can even align the camera lens to a microscope eyepiece without needing an adapter.
The document camera comes with SMART Notebook software, which enables you to capture images and add them directly to a Notebook page. The software has many creative features to help you easily turn captured images into interactive material for lessons. You can operate the camera using control buttons built into the software.

SystemOn expansion module
Turn your computer, projector and interactive whiteboard on or off with the push of a single button. The SystemOn module can be added to the expansion slot on the pen tray of your SMART Board™ interactive whiteboard.
USB Speakers
Make lessons and presentations more engaging by adding sound to your SMART Board™ interactive whiteboard. The audio system consists of a pair of 15-watt, stereo-amplified speakers with a two-port USB hub and a volume control button. The speakers can be mounted to the SMART Board™ interactive whiteboard or on the wall. As well, only one cable is needed to connect the speakers and the SMART Board™ interactive whiteboard to the computer, so there are fewer cables to manage. A DVD player or VCR can be connected to the speakers through an auxiliary input.
The Step
It’s often a challenge for some pupils to reach and use interactive whiteboards. This means they risk missing out on the benefits this technology can bring to learning. A simple solution to this problem is the step. Designed specifically for the classroom environment, the step can help pupils use interactive whiteboards to their full potential.
The step has a large platform surface, the width of an interactive whiteboard, and sits securely beneath the board. When not in use, the fold-away mechanism allows for unhindered presentation at the front of the class. Additionally, its non-slip rubber surface reduces any safety issues.

The GoWire cable is a USB cable that automatically launches SMART Board™ software, providing full access to the software and all of its tools. There's no need to install the software on the computer. The cable works with all SMART Board™ 600 and 600i series interactive whiteboards and Sympodium™ interactive pen displays.

SynchronEyes Classroom Management Software
SynchronEyes Classroom Management Software enables teachers to easily monitor and guide lesson activities so pupils stay focused on learning. From your desktop you can view all pupil screens to ensure they are working on their assignments. As pupils work you can easily block access to various software programs or internet sites to minimise distractions. If a pupil needs assistance you can take control of their computer and quickly demonstrate the next step or broadcast your screen or any pupils’ screens to an individual or the entire class. You can also create a quiz choosing from a variety of question types. The software immediately marks the quiz when people have finished and provides an average of the results.
SMART Bridgit™ conferencing software
SMART Bridgit™ conferencing software enables teachers and students interact across remote locations and share resources and materials via the internet. Simply start a conference and invite students. The software will automatically generate an e-mail containing a link to the conference. Remote pupils and teachers can quickly share desktops, collaborate, share notes and use various SMART Board Tools.
SMART Ideas concept mapping software
SMART Ideas concept mapping software enables teachers to incorporate multi-level concept maps to visualise related concepts in stages. Pupils can quickly clarify and understand abstract thinking and concepts by seeing their ideas take shape. Simply drag shapes and connectors to create your map and enhance it with interactive clip art to add interest and support understanding.
